We recommend KIWI products for conditioning, waterproofing and cleaning our leathers. Our coated canvas can normally be cleaned with a soft brush and soap and water. Jon Hart Design does its best to make sure you’ll be satisfied with every purchase.
We stand behind our quality workmanship and materials and will replace any defective product due to workmanship and/or material.  As you can appreciate, misuse, neglect or damaged caused by common carrier is not covered in the guarantee.  Repairs due to normal wear and tear, or misuse such as airline damage, will be subject to a reasonable service charge based on time and materials.

LUGGAGE IN BLACK BALLISTIC

Products made from the black Ballistic nylon which are dirty or dusty can be easily cleaned with a soft, damp cloth. For stains we suggest using a luggage cleaner. Lint brush rollers can be used to remove lint, fuzz balls and dust.

CLEAR COVERS FOR WHEELED LUGGAGE

Our wheeled luggage is made to withstand the rigors of travel.  Of course, the more you use your luggage the more tell-tale signs of travel are apparent. Some travelers enjoy this look of character and experience.  Those who want to keep their luggage looking like new may prefer to use Jon Hart Design clear plastic covers.  We highly recommend these covers to protect luggage made of lighter and brighter colors such as:  fuchsia, lime, tan, saddle, red and ocean blue. NOTE:  Please examine your luggage carefully for damage before leaving the airport and immediately report any damage to the baggage service center of the airline on which you traveled.  Damage caused by an airline is the airline’s responsibility and claims must be submitted to the airline at the time the damage occurs.  By not following this procedure, you risk that the damage will not be covered under airline policy or Jon Hart Design warranty.  If you are dissatisfied after making your baggage damage claim to the airline, please contact:
