How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
 
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
At Jon Hart Design we make the highest quality merchandise and want all customers to be completely satisfied with their Jon Hart Design products. As Jon Hart Design products are custom made and personalized with a monogram, only certain products made of coated canvas can be returned. There are a few rules to abide by as follows:
Please call Jon Hart Design Customer Service at (210) 226-8544 and explain what product you have, to determine if a return is possible. Please refer to the product tag for product name, style # and color.
For products made of All Leather and Texas Mink no returns are available
Some products made with coated canvas material may be able to have a new monogram patch applied to the product. For these products there will be a 20% restocking fee charged for return of the product.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
All returns must be made within 30 days of reciept of delivery. No exceptions.
We recommend that you insure your return/exchange for the full value of the merchandise and ship via a trackable carrier (USPS Priority Mail, UPS, Fed-Ex, etc.). The carrier will be responsible for a lost or damaged package. The product should be shipped to:

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product at 210-226-8544

  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
