Jon Hart Design does its best to ensure you are satisfied with every purchase. We stand behind our quality workmanship and materials and will replace or repair any product due to defective workmanship and/or material. Misuse, neglect, or damage caused by common carrier is not covered in the guarantee. Repairs due to normal wear and tear, or misuse, such as airline damage, will be subject to a reasonable service charge based on time and materials.
Note: There are certain items that we do not keep in stock and have to be custom made. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery on these items.

COMMERCIAL AIRLINE DAMAGE
Please examine your luggage carefully for damage before leaving the airport and immediately report any damage to the baggage service center of the airline on which you traveled. Damage caused by an airline is the airline’s responsibility and claims must be submitted to the airline at the time the damage occurs. If you do not follow this procedure, you risk the damage will not be covered under airline policy or Jon Hart Design warranty. PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
At Jon Hart Design we make the highest quality merchandise and want all customers to be completely satisfied with their Jon Hart Design products. As Jon Hart Design products are custom made and personalized with a monogram, only certain products made of coated canvas can be returned. There are a few rules to abide by as follows:
- For returns and remonograms, please email [email protected] and explain what product you have, to determine if a return is possible. Please refer to the product tag for product name, style # and color.
- For products made of All Leather and Texas Mink no returns are available
- Some products made with coated canvas material may be able to have a new monogram patch applied to the product. For these products there will be a 20% restocking fee charged for return of the product.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of delivery. No exceptions.
We recommend that you insure your return/exchange for the full value of the merchandise and ship via a trackable carrier (USPS Priority Mail, UPS, Fed-Ex, etc.). The carrier will be responsible for a lost or damaged package. The product should be shipped to:
